Returns

As a small, not-for-profit business, returns and refunds can be administratively demanding for Aerende. 

However, we want you to be happy with your products. If for any reason you have changed your mind, we offer returns on any item that is returned to us unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it, along with proof of purchase. Please email us at hello@aerende.co.uk. 

We work hard to provide accurate pictures and information so any details you can provide about the reason for your return will help us to improve our service and quality of product in the future. 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you send by tracked mail or courier as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.

For lost or damaged items, please contact hello@aerende.co.uk. We will require photographs for any refund claims for damaged items.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you details.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
