Hand-carved from locally grown ash wood, this spatula is both durable and a joy to hold thanks to its scurvy shape. Will not damage non-stick pans and excellent for stirring stews and stir-fries. These come uncoated but can be easily oiled with any natural oil to bring out the grain and provide long-term protection.

CARE INSTRUCTIONSWooden utensils will last longer if cleaned gently with a damp cloth. This spatula has should never be left in water or put in the dishwasher. If it starts to dry out, a coat of oil will prolong its life. Best stored out of direct sunlight.
